Cortney Harding

Cortney Harding has spent much of her adult life at the intersection of the music business and technology. She currently consults for Moth+Flame VR, the agency behind groundbreaking immersive experiences featuring Taylor Swift and Lindsay Stirling, among others, and Tokenly, a platform that helps artists accept cryptocurrency. Cortney also writes a weekly column for Cuepoint, and her book, "How We Listen Now: Essays and Conversations About Music and Technology" was released in January 2016. She is currently co-editing an updated version of the Music Business Toolbox. She is an adjunct at the Clive Davis School of Music at NYU and a frequent speaker at conferences like SXSW, Further Future, Canadian Music Week, and the Right Tech Summit. Prior to her work in technology, Cortney served as the indies correspondent and music editor at Billboard.
