Tree of Joy
In my art, I use saturated hues, bold patterns, and soulful energy as the primary vehicles for expression. My aesthetic was informed at an early age by the eclectic art and antiques and colorful textiles we brought back from our many family trips to Mexico. This mural, a riff on the ubiquitous Tree of Life/Arbol de la Vida sculptures found there, is no exception. I wanted my tree to be joyful, vibrant, and free while remaining rooted and connected-all adjectives I hope the creatives who work and play in and around this building feel inspired to be.
I’d be honored to work with you to create a similar piece for your home or office space.
